  • Kathryn Martin - President

    Kathryn Martin serves as Knight Township Trustee, where she oversees programs that provide direct assistance to individuals and families in need. With years of experience in public service and government operations, she has a strong track record of building community partnerships and supporting vulnerable populations.

    As SWIRE’s Board President, Kathryn lends her expertise in governance, community advocacy, and program development, helping strengthen the organization’s impact across Vanderburgh County.

  • Noah Alatza - Secretary

    Noah Alatza is an award-winning journalist and communications professional, having served as one of the youngest on-air journalists in the country and later managing public relations for high-profile clients. He now serves as the first Chief Communications Officer at the University of Evansville, where he leads strategic communication efforts.

    Noah brings his skills in media, outreach, and public engagement to his role as SWIRE’s Board Secretary, helping elevate the organization’s voice in the community and beyond.

  • Emma Pack - Treasurer

    Emma Pack is completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Southern Indiana, where she is interning with Vanderburgh County Community Corrections in the Therapeutic Work Release program. Her work allows her to engage directly with participants navigating reintegration, applying evidence-based strategies to reduce recidivism.

    With a strong background in social work and a passion for advocacy, Emma is committed to building systems that promote lasting, positive change. She brings energy, insight, and a collaborative spirit to the SWIRE Board, serving as Treasurer and helping guide the organization’s growth and impact.

  • Delanie Davis - Board Member

    Delanie Davis is a person in long-term recovery, celebrating 20 years on her journey and six years clean. After the loss of her partner, Jacob, to an overdose in 2020, Delanie committed herself to honoring his memory by serving others in recovery. She found her spiritual home at Celebrate Recovery at The Gathering Church, where she teaches, serves as an elder, and sponsors women in recovery.

    Beyond her ministry work, Delanie is a massage therapist, health and wellness coach, and holistic nutritionist, with a vision of expanding her practice into recovery-focused yoga. As a SWIRE Board Member, she brings lived experience, compassion, and a strong voice for those in recovery and their families.

  • Mike Bishop - Board Member

    Mike Bishop has served with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office since 2002, following his graduation from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. Over his 23-year career, he has worked in diverse roles, including 12 years as a K9 handler and supervisor in the Joint Drug Task Force. He now serves as the Sheriff’s liaison to county treatment programs, collaborating with social workers and case managers in Work Release, Home Detention, and Drug Court.

    Mike’s work focuses on balancing accountability with second chances—helping individuals rebuild their lives while ensuring public safety. He and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 20 years and are raising three daughters. An active member of the West Side Nut Club, Mike contributes his expertise and community ties to SWIRE’s mission.

  • Tony Aiken - Board Member

    Tony Aiken was born in Evansville, Indiana and, barring a few months and years, continues to call Evansville home. He graduated from Hanover College with a bachelor’s degree in English and art. After traveling and working abroad and in Chicago, Tony returned to Evansville, began his recovery journey, and worked in the food industry and commercial banking before returning to school to pursue a license in secondary education.

    He has now been teaching for 20 years and currently teaches English and art at Bosse High School. As a member of SWIRE’s Board of Directors, Tony brings both his professional background in education and his lived experience in recovery to support the organization’s mission of connection and empowerment.
